Question 1

Why does the Tutor sometimes give very simple or very complex answers?

Accepted Answer

The AI Tutor automatically calibrates its vocabulary, sentence length, and explanation complexity to exactly match the Grade Level selected in your Settings. If you set it to Kindergarten, it will use very simple words. If you set it to 12th Grade, it will provide high school or college-level depth!

Question 2

What's the difference between the floating Bubbles widget and the main Tutor?

Accepted Answer

The floating Bubbles widget in the corner of your screen is a 'quick help' assistant meant for fast, short answers. If you want in-depth learning, long-form essays, or deep Socratic teaching, you should use the main 'Tutor' tab! The main Tutor has full conversational memory and doesn't restrict response lengths.

Question 3

Is the AI safe for my kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ParentMaxxing Lab is built with strict guardrails. The AI tutor is designed to be deeply educational while staying faithful to traditional family values and your specific faith tradition.

Question 4

What denominations do you support?

Accepted Answer

We currently support 12 faith traditions: Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, Non-denominational, Anglican, Reformed / Calvinist, Oriental Orthodox, Latter-day Saints, Seventh-day Adventist, and Jehovah's Witnesses. You can easily switch this at any time in the parent settings.

Question 5

How does the State Compliance (IHIP) curriculum work?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

Can I use this alongside my existing homeschool curriculum?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our "Supplemental" mode allows your child to focus on specific subjects (like Math or Bible & Faith) to complement whatever curriculum you already use at home.

Question 7

Do I need a separate subscription for each child?

Accepted Answer

No! One subscription covers your entire family. You can create multiple profiles for all your kids, and the app will track their individual progress.
